Matthew Doig, 12, from Perth competed in the 22nd International RaceRunner’s Cup in Copenhagen last week. The competition boasted 90 athletes from 11 different countries around the world.
Matthew won five gold medals in the 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m achieving four personal bests. To top it all off, Matthew claimed the Under 14 world record in the 1500m.
