Please treat the following times as approximate subject to possible unexpected delays on the day or the possibility we move through the programme more quickly than anticipated. Warm-up:
10:30am – 10:50am Females Only
10:50-11:10am Males Only
Session 1: 11:15am – 12:30pm
Lunch: 12:30pm – 1:15pm (Sports Hall available from 12pm for those finished earlier)
Warm-up: 1:15pm – 1:30pm
Session 2 and 3: 1:30pm – 3:45pm
Trophy Presentation: 3:45pm
Departure: 4pm
