When and how did you become involved in your sport?
Been involved in sport since birth – born into a sporty family! As a coach – I first became involved in 1981 at Cupar & District Swimming Club, teaching the younger members of the club how to swim whilst I was still swimming myself. Then I have been involved with SDS since 1989 – coaching Alan McGregor and being invited to attend the World Youth Games in Miami in December 1989.
