Everyone involved with Scottish Disability Sport has a responsibility to ensure that all children, young people and vulnerable adults involved in SDS activities do so within a safe and secure environment.
SDS Branches have identified key individuals who have specific roles to play in ensuring that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to prevent and where necessary deal with any concerns or incidents relating to safeguarding children, young people or vulnerable adults.
The Branch contact has the responsibility to liaise with key organisations to ensure the most appropriate response to any incidence of abuse. Should you have any concerns or wish to report a specific incident please contact the name Branch individual to discuss these concerns in private and ensure confidentiality.
